DR. JULIE A. MAUGHAN

Dr. Julie Maughan is a board-certified dermatologist who treats a full range of skin, hair, and nail, disorders. She is Weber County’s first female dermatologist, serving patients at Wasatch Dermatology in South Ogden, Utah. Dr. Julie Maughan has continued the tradition of compassionate care since 2007 with the help of the Wasatch Dermatology and SkinSculpt MedSpa + BodyShaping team. Together, they work to provide patients with all-inclusive dermatological care, including medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology services.

Throughout her academic career, she earned her medical degree from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2000. She then went on to complete her residency in internal medicine at Olive View UCLA Medical Center, followed by her residency in dermatology at the University of Utah in Salt Lake City in 2007. Shortly after, she became board-certified in dermatology by the American Board of Dermatology (ABD). She has been inducted as a fellow with the American Academy of Dermatology, and created a Medical Spa where our focus is all about the individual and providing effective leading-edge technology in our treatments and advanced skin care products proven to work based on science and backed by Dr. Julie Maughan herself!

In her free time, Dr. Julie Maughan enjoys spending time with her husband, playing with her two beautiful dogs, traveling the world, and trying new restaurants.
